Our Story
SmartBook Services was built on a simple truth: business owners should focus on their passion, not their spreadsheets.
Our founders, husband-and-wife team Renato and Zoraida San Juan, learned this first-hand while owning and operating a high-volume restaurant in Los Angeles, CA for almost a decade. They lived the long hours and the financial pressure of keeping the books straight while managing daily operations. Armed with more than 20 years of expertise in the business and financial landscape, they understand exactly what it takes to keep an enterprise running smoothly.
Renato and Zoraida launched SmartBook Services to turn that deep well of "boots-on-the-ground" experience into a lifeline for other entrepreneurs. Their goal was to give small businesses the high-level financial clarity usually reserved for big corporations—without the big-budget price tag.
